The STORM-3s-832 is a H.265 32 Channel Enterprise RAID Network Video Recorder (NVR). It incorporates Intel Embedded Quad Core Processors providing 12 MegaPixel (Including 4K) resolution support, global recording capacity of 384Mbps, Smart Features and Fisheye Dewarp Support.
The STORM-3s-832 is housed in a 2U rack mount case with 8 Internal SATA III Ports and 2 x 1GB Network Ports. It can facilitate 16 Alarm Inputs, 8 Alarm (Relay) Outputs, 2 x HDMI and 1x VGA Video Outputs. It supports backup methods via USB 3.0, eSATA, &

The STORM-3s-832 has H.265 Compression (High Efficiency Video Coding) as standard, H.265 was developed to improve HDD storage requirements and reduce bandwidth consumption for new higher resolutions such as 4K and 12MP. For example, at a identical level of visual quality the H.265 codec enables video to be compressed to a file about half the size (or half the bit rate) of H.264.
